Product Features:
1.This machine is used to combine aluminum-part with plastic-part for making flip-off seals(plastic-aluminum seals).
2.Working procedure:Firstly feed aluminum parts and plastic parts into the individual electromagnetic hopper,then both caps go through the chutes to the arrange table,Finally the caps are assembled by the heated assembling punches.
3.Adopt stainless steel SS201,22304,22316L,materials can be customized according to your requirements.
4.Working speed can be adjusted by controlling frequency controller
